Given its proximity to the ABBA Museum and the many other attractions on Djurgården, this place could easily be a tourist trap - but don’t be fooled. The food is excellent. They serve traditional Swedish dishes that are genuinely delicious, with generous portions. The prices (by Swedish standards) are also very reasonable. In fact, we enjoyed it so much that we returned the following day to try different dishes. I had the meatballs on my first visit, served with mashed potatoes and pickles, and lamb mince balls on my second, accompanied by small potatoes and leafy greens. Both were impeccable. My husband ordered the potato suet on his first visit and poached salmon on his second - both of which he thoroughly enjoyed. Service is quick and efficient. The only downside is that it doesn’t feel particularly cosy, with more of a canteen-style, quick-turnover atmosphere - which is likely exactly what it’s aiming for. That said, we would HIGHLY recommend this spot for lunch.

Best place to eat in Stockholm. We tried many restaurants during our stay, but nothing compares to this place. Great prices, amazing food, friendly staff, and a fantastic location. Highly recommended if you are visiting Stockholm.
We had a blast with the traditional tables, fish, and vegetarian recipes, not to mention the delicious desserts. All in all, we spent just under 1000k (~90€) for four dishes, a salad, drinks, and dessert. The portions were good. The ambiance is breathtaking, with a fountain in the middle of the garden where you sit in a square around. Cute little cafe near the ABBA museum. Perfect place to grab a bite to eat. Stand in line and order food. Bread and butter are included. Various soups, sandwiches and quiches. Small bites plus pastries. The tables are quite close to each other. Food was rather tasty. Ordered the feta salad and picked up a sandwich. Good variety of drinks as well.
The outdoor seating within the courtyard was nice. Salmon and lamb patty was good. It's a self order and pick up. We came in just in time and placed our orders before a very long queue started forming.

The restaurant is located in an area known for its boardwalks, not far from the amusement park. After the entrance, a large outdoor terrace with trees and flowers greets guests. A great place to wait in line is the long corridor leading to the cash register. Traditional Swedish home cooking with influences from the continent is available for purchase. The serving areas, both indoors and outdoors, are incredibly attractive and inviting. When I went there, there were many people there. The lamb steaks I had with potatoes, bean salad and rosemary were delicious. The cost included coffee and table water, along with bread and butter.
